Payment Terms

  • We accept VISA, M/C, DISCOVER & AMEX
  • Net 30 & Net 45 Terms are available upon approval
  • We accept advanced payment methods including wire transfers, money orders and certified checks
  • COD at management discretion

  • Replacement Parts Specialists, Inc. will not sell, trade, share or rent your email address or other personal information to anyone.

Defect or Damage

  • Any and all claims must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the invoice date
  • No material shall be returned without the written consent of the Seller

Returns or Exchanges

  • All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase
  • Returns are not accepted on special "cut lengths" of chain
  • Returns are not accepted on any product with customer specific machining, manufacturing or cutting requirements
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid and include our RGA
  • A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged for returned goods
